As a global e-commerce business, it would be impossible for ClinicalGuard.com to operate paperlessly; however we have established environmentally sound business practices, such as implementing electronic communication, reusing paper, and recycling waste products. As an area of opportunity to improve waste reduction and efficiency, we have been taking strides to make our operations even more eco-friendly by packaging over 90% of our shipments with recycled paper instead of non-biodegradable materials.

Since electronic waste is becoming a growing concern to the environment, we are proud to announce ClinicalGuard.com's new recycling program of old or non-functioning medical equipment. We will now accept and recycle any electronic medical devices that are similarly listed on our website. If you would like to recycle any medical equipment, please call one of our Customer Service Agents to obtain an Electronic Recycle Authorization (ERA) number prior to sending any equipment to us. Additionally, keep in mind any package without an ERA will be returned to the sender.
