The pulse-oxymeter was exactly as advertised. Service was very friendly and helpful, and the item shipped quickly. However, the first free digital thermometer was faulty, as was the second, and your service folks assured me they would send as many as necessary to get me an accurate one. The third gave a reading that was (at least) close to my old-fashioned mercury thermometer. But you can't be making much money (or winning friends) by supplying inaccurate medical devices, even though free.

The pulse oxymeter takes about 5 minutes to become accurate and the nebulizer is portable, but needs hot water to operate. Where do you get hot water when in your car?

oxymeter usually takes about 5-20 seconds to get stabilized readings, depends on the finger condition.

Please do NOT use hot water on a ultrasonic nebulizer! Normal tap water is strongly recommended!

In fact, I was quite surprised at how quickly you shipped my order. Having just completed a full-blown Pulmonary Function Test, the oximeter and peak flow meter are quite useful to compare to my benchmark from the pulmonoligist. There was excellent correlation between the test results from the PFT and your products.
