Q. "How you can change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius?"
A. To convert the temperature of the infrared thermometer from one measurement unit to another, you must allow the infrared to shut off first. If you retrieved a measurement in Fahrenheit and wanted to change it to Celsius, you will still need to allow the thermometer to shut off. Once you turn it back on, all the lights will flash on. Once it goes to the next screen with the unit of measurement, immediately press the power button once. If it shows you the temperature of your last reading during the time you're pressing the button, then it may be too late to convert the reading and you will have to wait to redo this process. Once you press the power button at the correct time, it will change your previous reading to Celsius and allow you to now take readings in Celsius. This is also the same with changing from Celsius to Fahrenheit. We also can walk you through the process via the phone if you find you're still having difficulties. Call us anytime.
